What Information Is Needed for Model Selection?
Prepare field dimensions, crop details, water source and pump information for a more useful model enquiry.
A complete enquiry gives the supplier enough context to compare equipment against the planned use. You do not need to choose a model before making contact. Start with the information you already have and mark unknown details clearly.
01 Prepare a simple field sketch
Show the length and width, access routes, obstacles, water connection points and any slope. Add the crop type and row arrangement. If the land is split into separate plots, describe each plot rather than sending only a combined area.
02 Record the water and pump information
Identify the water source and how steadily it can supply water during irrigation. Include measured flow and pressure when available, together with the measurement location. A pump data sheet or a readable nameplate photograph can help the team identify missing information.
- Water source and connection location
- Available flow and pressure measurements
- Pump model or data sheet
- Pipe diameter, connection and route
03 Describe your equipment preferences
If you have a preferred PE hose diameter or length, include it as a preference for review. State whether you are considering a rain gun or boom and whether you have a rewind drive preference. List any private-label or configuration request separately so it can be confirmed.
04 Add purchasing and delivery details
Include quantity, destination country and the required timing. Delivery arrangements and availability must be confirmed in the quotation. Send the details through our selection guide or contact SECOSETH .
