JP50-200 Hose Reel Irrigator
The JP50-200 Hose Reel Irrigator is a water-turbine-driven, self-propelled machine. Pressurized water enters the water turbine, and its kinetic energy drives the turbine to rotate. This rotation is transmitted through a multi-functional gearbox to turn the reel, which pulls the PE hose and enables the sprinkler cart to retract at a uniform speed. At the same time, pressurized water flows through the PE hose to the sprinkler, delivering normal spraying performance.
Agricultural applications
The single sprinkler used on conventional hose reel irrigation machines produces a relatively high flow rate and application intensity, making it more susceptible to wind drift. As a result, it is primarily suited for large-scale field crop irrigation.
JP series boom option
A 26 m boom is available as a JP series configuration option for field crops and cash crops. When paired with a suitable large-capacity machine, the supplied series information states a spraying width of up to 34 m. The boom offers low operating pressure, low irrigation intensity, fine atomization and reduced sensitivity to wind. Confirm compatibility and supply scope for the selected model before ordering.
